By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, which govern all interactions with Nesire Design, including consultations, design services, and custom product orders.

1. Service Scope and Limitations: Our services include interior design, space planning, styling, and custom décor creation. We reserve the right to modify or limit the scope of services provided as necessary.

2. Client Responsibility: Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information for design consultations and services. Delays in providing necessary approvals or information may result in project delays.

3. Design Ownership: All design concepts and intellectual property created by Nesire remain the property of the company until full payment has been made. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Refund Policy

In a situation where you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review and understand our refund policy. For every complaints/return and refund initiation, please contact us at support@nesiredesign.com.

1. Refund Eligibility for Customer Orders: Refunds may be granted for defective or damaged items received by the customer, provided the customer reports the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Custom-designed products are non-refundable unless they are damaged or faulty upon delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Orders: Deposits paid for services such as interior design consultations, space planning, and custom décor items are non-refundable, except in cases where Nesire fails to fulfill the service or product as agreed.

3. Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide proof of purchase and submit a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product or service. Refunds will only be granted if the product is defective, damaged, or if Nesire is unable to fulfill the service as agreed.

4. Refund Process: Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return and Refund Conditions

1. Conditions of Return: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

• Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. Conditions for Refunds: Refunds will only be provided for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

• Custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during delivery or faulty upon arrival.

• A full refund will be issued if a return is approved, minus any return shipping costs.

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeframe: Delivery times will vary depending on the nature of the service or product. For custom décor items, delivery will typically be made within 7–21 business days from the completion date.

2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of the items. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or international deliveries. Shipping costs are non-refundable, even in cases of returns or cancellations.

3. Delivery Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nesire is not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect address details or third-party shipping providers.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments: In case of lost or damaged shipments, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement or repair.
